In the final seminar of this series, benchmarking will be examined from a zoomed out lens, to encourage big picture thinking about the process of actually using data instead of just collecting it. This concluding session will investigate how associations can use data to convey to others the impact they are having on their industry. This step can be extremely important in recruiting and retaining members, finding partners or sponsors, advocacy efforts, recruiting volunteers and speakers, and more. A major purpose of an association is to make an impact on it’s industry, but it can be difficult to show how the organization’s efforts are actually effecting change without the right data and benchmarking strategies. Attend this seminar to learn ways to gather the right data to show how your association is advancing its mission and making a real impact.
