Associations must utilize benchmarking data in order to have effective strategy and operations conversations. Benchmarking information is critical in determining next steps and strategic plans for associations as a whole. In this seminar, benchmarking value for the whole organization, as opposed to the individual, will be explored. The panel of speakers will detail how associations can best find the data needed to make an effective annual report or infographic. They will review the data gathering process, in addition to methods for sharing and reporting that data efficiently so that the data can stand as the basis for important organizational decisions.
